中国水产学会淡水渔业专业委员会于1979年8月22日～28日在哈尔滨召开全国大水面渔业资源增殖学术讨论会。来自全国各省、市、区的水产科技、教学、生产单位的代表,专业委员会以及报社、电台、有关水产科技刊物等新闻单位的代表183人参加了会议。这次学术讨论会得到国家水产总局和黑龙江省革委会的直接关怀和大力支持。中国水产学会副理事长、国家水产总局副局长宫明山和黑龙江省革委会副主任侯捷在会上讲了话。黑龙江省、哈尔滨市科协、财贸办、水产局的领导同志和全国科协学会部的代表也出席了会议。讨论会根据党的十一届三中全会精神,充分发扬了民主,贯彻了百家争鸣的方针。与会代表各抒己见,畅所欲言,互相学习,气氛活跃。在学术交流中表现出严格的科学态度,在问题讨论时表现出思想的解放。会议就我国大水面渔业资源增殖和其他有关淡水渔业生
Freshwater Fisheries Professional Committee of China Fisheries Society held a national seminar on proliferation of large-scale surface fishery resources in Harbin from August 22 to August 29, 1979. 183 representatives of aquatic science and technology, teaching and production units, professional committees and press agencies including radio, newspapers and radio frequency scientific and technological journals from all provinces, cities and districts in the country participated in the meeting. The symposium was directly concerned and supported by the State Fisheries and Aquatics Bureau and the Revolutionary Committee of Heilongjiang Province. Vice Chairman of China Fisheries Society, Deputy Director of the State Fisheries Administration Gong Ming Shan and He Jie, deputy director of the Revolutionary Committee of Heilongjiang Province, addressed the meeting. Heilongjiang Province, Harbin City Association for Science and Technology, Finance and Trade Office, the leadership of the Bureau of Fisheries and the National Association for Science and Technology Association also attended the meeting. In accordance with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the seminar fully carried forward the principle of democracy and implemented a hundred-pronged approach.
