为降低综采工作面空气粉尘浓度,减小粉尘对矿工及设备的危害,在西山煤田3号煤层开展煤层注水试验。通过测量固定测点粉尘的质量浓度及分散度,分析煤层注水的效果及其对综采工作面粉尘浓度和粒径分布的影响。结果表明:试验煤层单孔设计注水量440 m~3条件下,煤层内在水含量平均增加1.02%,外在水含量平均增加了2.21%;注水后煤尘粒径分布范围变窄,平均粒径减小,整个工作面空气中全尘浓度平均降低28%,呼尘浓度平均降低32%。
In order to reduce the concentration of air dust in the fully mechanized mining face and reduce the harm of dust to miners and equipment, coal seam water injection test was carried out in No.3 seam of Xishan Coalfield. By measuring the mass concentration and dispersion of fixed measuring point dust, the effect of water injection on coal seam and its influence on the dust concentration and particle size distribution of fully mechanized coal mining face are analyzed. The results show that the internal water content of coal seam increases by 1.02% and the external water content increases by 2.21% on average with the water injection volume of 440 m ~ 3 in single hole design of test coal seam; the particle size distribution range of coal dust narrows after water injection, the average particle size Reduce the whole work surface airborne dust concentration on average reduced by 28%, the average dust concentration decreased by 32%.
