针对扬州发电有限公司200MW机组4号炉(670t/h)长期存在锅炉灰渣可燃物含量偏高、锅炉效率偏低问题,经详细试验对4号炉三次风燃烧系统进行了技术改造。改造结果表明,4号炉在制粉系统运行时锅炉效率提高2%以上。
In view of the long-standing high content of combustibles in boiler ash and slag and the low boiler efficiency in No.4 furnace (670t / h) of 200MW unit of Yangzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd., the technical modification of the tertiary air combustion system of No.4 furnace has been carried out through detailed tests. The results of the retrofitting show that the boiler efficiency of No.4 furnace increases by over 2% when the pulverizing system is in operation.
