对丙烯酸树脂包衣材料和肠溶型欧巴代包衣材料分别包衣的两种氯化镁缓释片进行了稳定性实验研究.结果表明,肠溶型欧巴代包衣材料包衣的氯化镁缓释片较丙烯酸树脂包衣材料包衣的氯化镁缓释片对高湿度稳定性好.两种药片在强光和温度60℃以下条件时均稳定,但在80℃时均不稳定
The stability experiments of two kinds of magnesium chloride sustained-release tablets which were respectively coated with the acrylic resin coating material and enteric Opadry coating material were carried out. The results showed that magnesium chloride sustained-release tablets coated with enteric Opadry coating material had better stability to high humidity than magnesium chloride sustained-release tablets coated with acrylic resin coating material. Both tablets were stable at glare and at temperatures below 60 ° C but not stable at 80 ° C
