目的对法定药用植物这一概念进行诠释,并对其内容和范围进行概括,阐明提出法定药用植物这一概念的意义。方法查询我国历版中国药典、国家标准、地方标准和国外药典,对其收载的传统药、植物药和天然药物的基源植物进行分析,概括其基源植物的全貌。对提出法定药用植物这一概念的背景和历史渊源进行分析综合。结果国家药典收载植物来源中药材已有悠久的历史,我国法定药用植物数量多,种类丰富,截止目前,我国的法定药用植物总数为2 965种,种类包含菌藻、地衣、苔藓、蕨类、裸子植物和被子植物。国外药典和标准亦收载了相当数量的法定药用植物。结论法定药用植物这一概念的提出既符合法制日益健全的社会潮流也符合传统药、植物药和天然药物发展趋势。这一概念的提出具有深远意义,为法定药用植物的进一步研究、生产和使用奠定了基础。
Objective To interpret the notion of a statutory medicinal plant and to outline its content and scope and to clarify the significance of the concept of a statutory medicinal plant. Methods The Chinese version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, national standards, local standards and foreign pharmacopoeia were searched in China, and the basic plants of traditional medicines, botanicals and natural medicines contained therein were analyzed and the whole picture of their source plants was summarized. Analyze and synthesize the background and historical origin of the notion of statutory medicinal plants. Results The Chinese Pharmacopoeia has a long history of collecting traditional Chinese medicinal materials from plant sources. There are many statutory medicinal plants in our country and their species are abundant. Up to now, the total number of statutory medicinal plants in our country is 2 965, including algae, lichen, moss, Ferns, gymnosperms and angiosperms. Foreign pharmacopoeia and standards also contain a considerable number of statutory medicinal plants. Conclusion The concept of statutory medicinal plants is not only in line with the growing social trend of the legal system, but also in line with the development trend of traditional medicines, botanicals and natural medicines. This concept is of far-reaching significance, which laid the foundation for the further research, production and use of statutory medicinal plants.
