目的考察脑卒中患者康复护理中行健康教育的临床作用。方法以我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的脑卒中引起偏瘫患者为研究对象进行健康教育的效果研究,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者接受系统的健康教育,对照组进行传统随机健康教育。以患者住院时间、遵医行为、康复效果为评价指标,评价脑卒中患者康复护理中行健康教育的临床作用。结果对照组相比,观察组坚持锻炼的患者较多,坚持锻炼的比率高,且观察组住院时间缩短,显效率与对照组相比较高,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)结论对脑卒中患者行健康教育效果较好,有助于患者恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation education on stroke health education in stroke patients. Methods To study the effect of health education on patients with hemiplegia caused by stroke in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method. The patients in observation group received systematic health education , The control group for traditional random health education. The hospitalization time, compliance behavior and rehabilitation effect were used as evaluation indexes to evaluate the clinical effect of rehabilitation education on stroke health education in patients with stroke. Results Compared with the control group, there were more patients who insisted on exercise in the observation group, higher insistence on exercise, shorter hospitalization time, and higher effective rate in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05) Stroke patients better health education, help patients recover, it is worth clinical promotion.
