战略人力资源管理是目前管理领域研究的一个重要的方面。与传统的人力资源管理相比,战略人力资源管理能够有效地与企业的发展战略及目标相适应,进而能够最大限度地发挥人力资源的作用。本文首先回顾战略人力资源管理方面的相关文献,然后以A企业为例,针对该企业人力资源管理存在的问题,提出若干实施战略人力资源管理的对策。
Strategic human resource management is an important aspect of the current management research. Compared with the traditional human resources management, strategic human resource management can effectively adapt to the development strategy and objectives of the enterprise, and thus can maximize the role of human resources. This paper first reviews the relevant literature on strategic human resource management, and then takes A enterprise as an example, aiming at the existing problems of human resource management in this enterprise, puts forward some countermeasures to implement strategic human resource management.
