一、在预应力砼构件的生产中,对一些直径较大的预应力筋常采用螺丝端杆锚具进行锚固。钢筋砼工程施工及验收规范(GBJ204-83)给出了不同规格螺丝端杆锚具尺寸和技术要求。笔者认为在参考规范时应注意以下几点。 1.规范中规定的螺母高度过大,LM18～LM36的螺母高度为32～60mm,经计算,其螺纹牙数为19～26圈。而实际上超过10圈的螺牙已不受力,故高螺母并不能发挥作用,倒不如将螺母一分为二,采用双螺母尚可起防松作用。
First, in the production of prestressed concrete components, some large diameter prestressed tendons are often anchored with screw-end anchors. The size and technical requirements of screw rod anchors of different specifications are given in the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete (GBJ204-83). The author believes that the following points should be noted when referring to the specifications. 1. The nut height specified in the specification is too large. The nut height of the LM18 to LM36 is 32 to 60 mm. After calculation, the number of thread teeth is 19 to 26 turns. Actually, more than 10 turns of the thread have not been subjected to force, so the high nut can not play a role, it is better to split the nut into two, the use of double nuts can still play anti-loosening effect.
