环京津区已成为京津冀城市圈发展的战略区域,保障耕地资源健康和可持续利用是打造环京津战略的重要基础。因此为合理利用耕地资源,对耕地利用系统健康进行评价来判断其是否处于可持续利用状态。本论文利用PSR模型构建了耕地利用系统健康评价指标体系,采用改进的TOPSIS方法,从压力和状态两方面分析影响耕地利用系统健康的障碍因素,通过对2014年环京津区72个县(市)的耕地利用系统健康进行评价,得到了环京津区耕地利用系统健康综合指数,研究表明:1)从压力角度分析,人口密度和人均水资源量的压力分值在研究区中排位靠前,其是影响系统健康的主要障碍因素;农用化肥折纯量分值在排序中位于中部,人类的生产活动是影响耕地利用系统压力的次要障碍因素。2)从状态角度分析,土地垦殖率和灌溉保证率指标分值均排在前40%,土地垦殖率和灌溉保证率是影响耕地利用系统健康指数的主要障碍因素;受灾面积的状态指数分值排在前50%的位置,其是影响耕地利用系统健康指数的次要障碍因素。3)本文将环京津地区耕地利用系统健康状态划分为病态、不健康、亚健康、健康四个等级,依据划分结果可看出研究区在空间结构上呈现出“中间低,四周高”的空间分异特征。耕地利用系统处于健康和亚健康状态的县(市)有40个,主要分布于远京津山地丘陵和远京津平原区,属于高风险-低压力区,耕地利用压力、社会经济的发展和耕地利用系统响应性能较高是影响这些县(市)耕地利用系统健康状态的主要因素;耕地利用系统处于不健康和病态的县(市)有32个,主要分布于近京津山地丘陵区和近京津平原区,属于高风险-中压力区,耕地利用率低是限制这些县(市)耕地利用系统健康的主要成因。
