油菜雄性不育获得杂种一代种子,一般都用三系(不育系、保持系、恢复系)法。我们从1977年起,开始研究油菜雄性不育二系法(两型系和恢复系),现已选育到三个育性分离相对稳定的雄性不育两型系(简称两型系)和相应的恢复系,初步实现了二系配套;并对二系法的制种技术和杂种优势作了探讨。研究结果表明,二系法可大量制取杂交种,是一种油菜杂种优势利用简单易行的有效方法。
