收费管理是价格主管部门的一项主要业务。价格主管部门在治理乱收费和规范收费行为方面,做了大量多年工作,也取得了明显成效。但是,乱收费的现象仍然时有发生。如何才能完善管理?笔者经过开展调查和征求相关部门及同志的意见,在完善收费管理方面提出了统筹兼顾、部门协作、多措并举的“一揽子”方法,实施后收到了比较好的效果。 Charge management is a major activity of the pricing authority. Price administrations have done a lot of years of work in the management of arbitrary charges and standard charges, and have also achieved remarkable results. However, the phenomenon of arbitrary charges still occur from time to time. How can we improve the management? After investigating and soliciting the opinions of the relevant departments and comrades, the author put forward a “package” approach that takes all factors into consideration in the improvement of fee collection and management and received good results after implementation .
