根据城市公交系统资源整合效果评价的内容和特点,从公交线网内部资源整合、公交服务资源整合、公交与外部资源整合三个方面建立了评价指标体系。在此基础上,应用物元可拓理论,并结合AHP权重确定方法,依据公交系统整合效果评价等级划分标准,提出了基于物元可拓理论的公交系统资源整合效果综合评价模型,较好地反映了城市公交系统资源整合的内涵。实证研究表明此评价模型可以用于判定城市公交系统资源整合所达到的程度,以及进行城市之间或同一城市不同时期公交系统资源整合效果的比较。
According to the contents and features of evaluation of urban public transportation system resource integration, this paper establishes evaluation index system from three aspects: internal resource integration of bus network, integration of bus service resources and public transportation and external resources. Based on this, the comprehensive evaluation model of public transportation system resource integration effect based on matter element extension theory is put forward based on the matter element extension theory and AHP weight determination method. According to the standard of public transportation system integration effect evaluation grade, Reflects the connotation of urban public transport system integration of resources. Empirical studies show that the evaluation model can be used to determine the degree of integration of urban public transport system resources, as well as the comparison of the effectiveness of public transport system integration at different periods between cities or in the same city.
