科技的发展带来经济的发展,干部培训对事业单位的正常发展也日益重要。但是,在目前的事业单位中,干部培训工作存在对培训工作的重要性认识不足、对培训需求调查分析不清、对培训工作所设立的考核和鼓励体系不合理等问题。这些问题的存在,极大地影响了培训工作的正常开展。对此,通过制定科学的培训方案、落实对干部培训工作的监督管理和设定合理的干部培训考核和鼓励体系等措施,促使事业单位干部培训工作朝着更加科学合理的方向开展。
The development of science and technology brings about economic development. Cadre training is also increasingly important to the normal development of public institutions. However, in the current public institutions, cadre training has problems of lack of understanding of the importance of training, investigation and analysis of demand for training, examination and encouragement system set up for training, and other issues. The existence of these problems has greatly affected the normal training work. In this regard, the scientific training programs, the supervision and management of cadre training and the establishment of a reasonable cadre training assessment and encouragement system have been put in place to promote the training of cadres in public institutions toward a more scientific and rational direction.
