In the United States, there are a large number of students from poor families. This is enough to show that the achievements made by the United States internationally are not satisfactory or even relatively backward. The research suggests that providing appropriate resources for education in low-income areas and providing them with more and more comprehensive assistance they are in desperate need is of great importance to students from poor families and their ultimate academic challenge important. And in this one, the U.S. courts can play an active and effective role in solving the issue of education equity.
