本文阐述了高职教育“双师型”教师的历史沿革、分析了高职教育“双师型”教师队伍的现状及存在问题的原因,探讨“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径:强化专业技能培训,与企业建立产学研相结合的紧密合作关系;充分利用自身资源,发挥本校优势;建立校内实训基地,使教师参与实践和科技开发;开展院校师资培训合作;鼓励教师参加国家有关职业资格的培训考试;有计划的派遣中青年骨干专业教师赴国外学习或研修。
