“Strategic” was originally a military term. Strategic management of modern enterprises means that the top management of an enterprise demonstrates and judges the mission and tasks that the company should bear by studying and analyzing the external environmental conditions and competitive situations in which the entire enterprise depends on survival and development. This enables the entire company’s strategy to be formed, implemented, evaluated, and controlled to fully and effectively implement the entire management process. The corporate strategy is divided into overall strategy, business strategy and functional strategy according to its position in the organizational level. The business strategy refers to the improvement of a certain product, a certain industry, or the like when the company forms a strategic business unit according to the type of product, industry, or market that it operates.
