采用相关分析、通径分析和多元线性回归分析方法,研究了1龄和2龄洛氏鱥形态性状对体质量的影响,为其生长指标提供选择性状。结果表明:1龄组全长、体长、体高和尾柄高4个形态性状与体质量的相关系数分别为0.953、0.958、0.951和0.948,且均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),4个形态性状对体质量的通径系数也达到极显著水平(P<0.01),对体质量的决定程度由大到小依次为体长>全长>体高>尾柄高,4个性状与体质量的相关指数高达0.954,说明所选性状是影响体质量的主要形态性状,拟合方程为Y=-12.375+2.255X2+4.683X3+4.722X8-1.162X1;2龄组经过剔除保留了体长和体高,它们与体质量的相关系数分别为0.939和0.846(P<0.01),2个形态性状对体质量的通径系数也达到极显著水平(P<0.01),对体质量的决定程度为体长>体高,2个性状与体质量的相关指数高达0.912,说明体长和体高是影响体质量的主要形态性状,拟合方程为Y=-188.444+11.416X2+16.304X3。
The correlation analysis, path analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to study the effects of morphological traits of 1 and 2 year old 鱥 on body weight and to provide selective traits for their growth indexes.
