将分子链相对较为刚性的SPET离聚物与尼龙6进行共混纺丝实验,通过DMA、SEM等方法着重考察了体系中离子基团的引入对共混物相容性的影响。结果表明:共混物两组分之间具有很好的相容性;离子-偶极作用对其相容性的提高起到关键性的作用。“,”SPET ionomers and Nylon6 were blended and spun into fibers. By means of dynamic mechanical analysis( DMA) and scanning elec-tron microscope(SEM) ,the compatibility of the blending fibers were studied. The results indicated that good phase compatibility was ob-tained and this was mainly due to the existence of the ionic groups in the systems and the ion- dipole interactions between the SPET ion-omers and Nylon6.
