通过分析单独报价和协同报价两类情况下发电厂利润的差异,提出了用Shapley值解决整体利润在多个协同报价电厂之间的分配方法。针对电力市场协同报价的特点,分析了经典的Shapley值分配模型的不足之处,综合考虑各电厂在协同报价中的贡献程度、风险及阻塞等影响利润分配结果的因素,建立了具有修正因子的改进Shapley值分配模型。算例分析表明,改进的Shapley值分配模型可以有效实现协同电厂之间利润分配的公平性,并能够起到较好的激励作用,从而保证电厂协同报价的持续性和稳定性。
By analyzing the difference of power plant profit under two kinds of situations, such as single quotation and co-quotation, the method of using Shapley value to solve the distribution of the overall profit among multiple co-quoted power plants is proposed. According to the characteristics of co-quoted price in power market, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of classical Shapley value distribution model, and considers the contribution degree, risk and obstruction of each power plant in the co-quoted price. The factors that affect the profit distribution result are established. Improved Shapley Value Assignment Model. The case study shows that the improved Shapley value distribution model can effectively realize the fairness of profit distribution among the coordinated power plants and can play a good incentive role so as to ensure the continuity and stability of the power plant coordinated bidding.
