本文提出用汞膜电极差分脉冲阴极溶出伏安法测定甲胺磷残留量。在醋酸-醋酸钠介质(pH3.5)中,甲胺磷浓度在10—100ppb范围内与其溶出峰电流成良好的线性关系。其检测限为1.4ppb。标准偏差为0.202,变动系数为8.9%。 对稻秧(根、茎、叶)及稻田污水分别作了测定,回收率在81—83%之间。同时发现痕量碘对甲胺磷碱解产物甲硫醇具有明显的增感作用。
This paper proposes the determination of methamidophos residues by differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry with mercury film electrode. In acetic acid - sodium acetate medium (pH3.5), methamidophos concentration in the range of 10-100ppb with the dissolution peak current into a good linear relationship. The detection limit is 1.4ppb. The standard deviation is 0.202 and the coefficient of variation is 8.9%. Rice seedlings (roots, stems, leaves) and paddy field sewage were measured, the recovery was between 81-83%. At the same time, it was found that trace iodine had obvious sensitization effects on methamidophos methanol.
