我国秘书队伍的现状怎样?能否适应改革的需要?许多人对此并不十分明了。本文是对一个县的秘书队伍状况的调查,用事实说话,从一个局部反映了秘书队伍和秘书工作的状况。我们的国家大,经济、文化发展不平衡,行业又多,各级各类机关秘书队伍、秘书工作的现状不尽相同。从本期起,我们将陆续发表一些对不同地区、不同行业、不同层次的秘书队伍的调查文章,以求对我国秘书队伍整体的现状有一个较为全面、准确的了解,并以此为根据,对我国秘书人员的在职培训和后继秘书人才的培养提出一点建设性的意见和建议。希望本刊通讯员和关心秘书队伍建设的同志,分别对经济、文化发展程度不同的地区以及不同行业秘书队征的状况作一些实际的调查,向读者献上自己高质量的调查文章。
What is the status quo of the Chinese secretary team? Can we adapt to the needs of the reform? Many people are not quite sure about this. This article is a survey of the status of the secretary team in a county, using factual remarks to reflect the status of the secretarial team and secretarial work locally. Our country has big economic, cultural imbalances and many industries. The status quo of secretarial work and secretarial work of various government agencies at various levels is not the same. Starting from this issue, we will publish some articles on the investigation of secretarial teams in different regions, industries and levels so as to have a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the current situation of our secretarial team.
