目的:测定金莲花不同花部总黄酮的含量及质量分数,确定各花部对金莲花总黄酮的贡献度。方法:比色法测定金莲花不同花部中总黄酮的含量;质量分析法测定不同花部的质量分数;采用数学方法计算各花部对金莲花总黄酮的贡献度。结果:金莲花各花部的总黄酮含量为:花萼(6.18%)、花柄(2.84%)、花冠(2.22%)、子房(1.52%)、花蕊群(1.07%)。金莲花各花部的质量分数为:花萼(41.90%)、花蕊群(22.40%)、子房(15.29%)、花冠(10.24%)、花柄(10.17%)。结论:金莲花5个花部对总黄酮的贡献度依次为:花萼(72.00%)、花柄(8.19%)、花蕊群(6.85%)、子房(6.54%)、花冠(6.42%),花萼对总黄酮的贡献度最大。
Objective: To determine the content and mass fraction of total flavonoids in different flowers of Trollius chinensis and determine the contribution of each flower to the total flavonoids of Trollius chinensis. Methods: The content of total flavonoids in different flowers of Trollius chinensis was determined by colorimetric method. The mass fraction of different flowers was measured by mass spectrometry. The contribution of each flower to total flavonoids of Trollius chinensis was calculated by mathematical method. Results: The total flavonoids content of each flower was as follows: calyx (6.18%), pedicel (2.84%), corolla (2.22%), ovary (1.52%), flower group (1.07%). The flower buds of the honeysuckle flower had the following mass percentages: calyx (41.90%), flower group (22.40%), ovary (15.29%), corolla (10.24%) and flower stalk (10.17%). CONCLUSION: The contribution of the five flower buds to total flavonoids is as follows: calyx (72.00%), pedicel (8.19%), flower group (6.85%), ovary (6.54%), corolla Calyx contributes most to total flavonoids.
