目的建立芪骨胶囊HPLC指纹图谱,为评价其质量提供依据。方法 Platisil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长270 nm。结果建立了15批芪骨胶囊的对照指纹图谱,确定了16个共有峰,其中15个归属到各药材,其相似度均大于0.9。通过对照品对照、UFLC-ESI-MS/MS鉴定了其中8个色谱峰的化学成分。通过聚类分析,15批芪骨胶囊可分为3类。结论该方法操作简便、准确可靠、重复性较好,为芪骨胶囊的质量控制提供了有效手段。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Qigu Capsule to provide basis for evaluating its quality. Methods Platisil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used to elute with methanol-acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. The column temperature was 30 ℃, the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The control fingerprints of 15 batches of Qiju Capsule were established and 16 common peaks were identified. Among them, 15 were assigned to each medicinal material and their similarity were all greater than 0.9. UFLC-ESI-MS / MS identified the chemical composition of eight of the peaks by reference. By cluster analysis, 15 batches of Qi bone capsules can be divided into three categories. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It provides an effective method for quality control of Qiju Capsule.
