各位阿里人,各位阿里的年轻人:16年前我们在湖畔公寓创业的时候,很难招聘到员工。那时我们有个愿望,未来的阿里巴巴将会是“弓马殷实,猛将如云”……为了这个理想,也为了真正实现健康持久发展102年的愿景,我们比其他创业公司投入了更多的时间和精力在人才培养、组织和文化的建设上。从2003年开始我们对每一个岗位进行了接班人培训计划;我们把文化、价值观以及团队合作,纳入到对每个同事的业绩考核之中;2009年阿里巴巴十周年期,为确保对未来阿里文化的传承,我们正式启动合伙人制度建设;2012年开始,我们开始实施阿里巴巴领导群体年轻化的整体换代升级准备工作。
