伴随着旅游业快速发展,酒店行业已经进入高速发展的黄金时期。然而,酒店极高的员工流失率已开始影响酒店的正常经营发展。针对这一问题,对员工流失的三个原因进行分析,强调酒店人力资源管理在其中的重要性。并针对所存在问题进行探讨改善路径,通过认真规划、加强培训、机制建立与完善来解决酒店人力资源管理中的问题。
With the rapid development of tourism, the hotel industry has entered a golden period of rapid development. However, the hotel staff turnover rate has begun to affect the hotel’s normal business development. In response to this problem, the analysis of three causes of employee turnover emphasizes the importance of hotel human resources management. In order to solve the problems in human resources management of hotels, we should explore ways to improve the existing problems, and carefully plan and strengthen training and mechanisms to establish and improve them.
