创新型企业是我国特色国家创新体系建设的微观基础,是建设创新型国家的具体推动者和承担者。合宜的人力资本分配模式是推动创新型企业成长的关键因素之一,尤其是激励管理者在协调投资以及确保创新过程中的可行性上发挥重要作用。文章在以往研究的基础上,综述了创新型企业人力资本,介绍了创新型企业人力资本参与收益分配的5种模式,分析了每种模式对创新型企业内部不同层次人力资本的激励程度,这对我国创新型企业人力资本参与收益分配具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Innovative enterprises are the micro-foundation for the construction of national innovation system in our country with characteristics and are the specific promoters and undertakers for building an innovative country. Proper human capital allocation is one of the key factors in promoting the growth of innovative enterprises. In particular, incentive managers play an important role in coordinating investment and ensuring the feasibility of innovation. Based on the previous studies, the article reviews the human capital of innovative enterprises, introduces five models of human capital in innovative enterprises participating in the distribution of returns, and analyzes how each model stimulates human capital at different levels within an innovative enterprise It is of great theoretical and practical significance to participate in the profit distribution of the innovative enterprise human capital in our country.
