用中药新药止血复脉口服液治疗厥脱证（上消化道出血所致失血性休克），通过对１７５例病人临床试验，结果表明：治疗组显效率为７７．１９％，对照组为３７．７０％，两组疗效有非常显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０１）。同时，止血复脉口服液止血效果明显优于对照组，大便潜血转阴时间及对中医主证改善、血压回升、厥脱改善、症情稳定等所需时间都明显短于对照组所需时间，经统计学处理，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５），说明止血复脉口服液对改善失血性休克和治疗上消化道出血疗效确切，且服用安全方便，为中医厥脱证及吐血、黑便的治疗提供了一种新的制剂。
The traditional Chinese medicine new drug, Zhixue Fumai Oral Liquid, was used to treat hemorrhagic shock caused by hemorrhage of the upper gastrointestinal tract. Through clinical trials on 175 patients, the results showed that the effective rate was 77.19% in the treatment group and 37 in the control group. 70%, there was a very significant difference between the two groups (p<0.01). At the same time, the hemostasis effect of Zhixue Fumai Oral Liquid was significantly better than that of the control group. The time required for the conversion of fecal occult blood and the improvement of the main card of traditional Chinese medicine, blood pressure recovery, improvement of spasticity, and stable disease were all significantly shorter than those of the control group. After statistical analysis, there were significant differences (P<0.01-0.05), indicating that Zhixue Fumai Oral Liquid was effective in improving hemorrhagic shock and treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding and was safe and convenient for Chinese medicine practitioners. The treatment of hemorrhoids, vomiting, and melena, provides a new preparation.
