自中国进入世界贸易组织之后,我国国际化的进程在不断地加速与深化。许多外资企业、进出口企业、跨国公司以及中外合资企业纷纷进驻中国。这使得对国际化会计人才的需求不断增加。高等教育学府应该认识到全球化的进程其实是培养国际人才的进程,不断地更新人才培养的机制,完善会计专业中的英语教学,培养国际化会计人才是重中之重。 Since China entered the World Trade Organization, the process of its internationalization has been accelerating and deepening. Many foreign-funded enterprises, import and export enterprises, multinational corporations and Sino-foreign joint ventures have entered China. This has led to a growing demand for international accounting talent. Institutions of higher education should recognize that the process of globalization is actually a process of training international talents. It is of utmost importance to continuously update the mechanism of personnel training, improve English teaching in accounting major, and train international accounting personnel.
