发电企业作为我国的国有企业,其本身在国民经济发展过程中有着不可忽视的地位与意义。并且近些年来,各个企业之间的竞争还体现在人才的竞争层面。所以,对发电企业电力系统进行必要的人力资源管理可以有效提升发电企业的整体竞争水平。本文就将针对发电企业电力系统人力资源管理过程中普遍存在的问题进行阐述并且提出相应的改进策略,以期促进我国发电企业电力系统的完善,提升电力系统的人力资源管理水平。
As a state-owned enterprise in our country, power generation enterprises have their own status and significance that can not be ignored in the process of national economic development. And in recent years, the competition among various enterprises is also reflected in the competitive level of talent. Therefore, the necessary human resources management of the power system of power generation enterprises can effectively enhance the overall competitiveness of power generation enterprises. This article will explain the problems existing in the power system human resources management process of power generation enterprises and put forward corresponding improvement strategies in order to promote the power system of China’s power generation enterprises to improve and enhance the human resources management level of the power system.
