球团焙烧各阶段的第一步是干燥生球,以免加热到高温时,水分大量蒸发而引起生球破裂;第二步是焙烧,焙烧分为预热、焙烧和均热三个阶段,预热是为了去除残余水分,焙烧是使高温固结,提高球团的机械强度,同时可提高氧化度和去硫。球团焙烧设备主要有三种:竖炉、带式焙烧机和链篦机-回转窑。竖炉是按逆流原则工作的热交换设备。生球装入竖炉以均匀速度下降,燃烧室的热气体从喷火口进入炉内,自下而上与自上而下的生球进行热交换。生球经干燥、预热后进入焙烧区进行固结,球团在炉子下部冷却,然后排出。带式焙烧机基本结构形式与带式
The first step in the pellet roasting stage is to dry the pellets so as to prevent the pellets from being broken when the pellets are heated to a high temperature. The second step is roasting and the roasting is divided into three stages: preheating, roasting and soaking. Heat is to remove residual moisture, roasting is the consolidation of high temperature to improve the mechanical strength of pellets, while improving the degree of oxidation and desulfurization. Pellet roasting equipment are mainly three kinds: shaft furnace, belt roaster and grate - rotary kiln. Shaft furnace is based on the principle of counter-current heat exchange equipment. The green ball is loaded into the shaft furnace to descend at a uniform speed. The hot gas in the combustion chamber enters the furnace through the spout, and exchanges heat with the green ball from the top to the bottom from bottom to top.
