本文描述了在地震物理模拟实验中所需要的窄脉冲数兆赫频率的超声换能器的研制过程,文中描述了降低换能器Q值的措施,换能器的结构和工艺,并在消声水池中对该技能器的性能做了测试。
This article describes the development process of ultrasonic transducer with narrow pulse frequency of several megahertz needed in the earthquake physics simulation experiment. The measures to reduce the Q value of the transducer, the structure and technology of the transducer are described in this paper. The pool was tested on the performance of the craft.
