提出了一种综合性强的液压缸力学模型,应用弹塑理论和有限元法进行应力与稳定性分析,编制了相应的分析软件并在IDM—PC/XT微机上通过,计算实例和实验应力测试证明方法可靠、效果良好。
A comprehensive mechanical model of hydraulic cylinder was put forward. The stress and stability analysis was carried out by using the theory of elastic-plastic and finite element method. Corresponding analysis software was compiled and passed on IDM-PC / XT microcomputer to calculate examples and experimental stress Test proved that the method is reliable, the effect is good.
