目的探讨老年顽固性鼻出血的有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2011年1月鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗老年顽固性鼻出血30例的临床资料。结果 30例全部治愈,术后随访3～6个月无复发,无并发症。结论老年顽固性鼻出血在鼻内镜下可以清晰地检查整个鼻腔、鼻窦以及鼻咽部,易于准确发现出血部位,可直视下直接对出血部位进行电凝处理,治疗时间短,止血确切,鼻黏膜损伤小,并发症少,尤其适用于伴有多种疾病的老年患者,是治疗老年顽固性鼻出血有效方法之一。
Objective To explore the effective treatment of intractable nosebleed in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with intractable nasal hemorrhage treated by endoscopic biopolar coagulation were retrospectively analyzed from January 2006 to January 2011. Results All the 30 cases were cured. No recurrence was found after 3 to 6 months of follow-up. No complications were found. Conclusions Senile intractable nasal hemorrhage can be clearly examined under nasal endoscopy of the entire nasal cavity, nasal sinus and nasopharynx, easy to accurately find the bleeding site, can directly under direct bleeding site for coagulation treatment, the treatment time is short, the exact hemostasis, Nasal mucosal injury is small, less complications, especially for elderly patients with multiple diseases, is one of the effective ways to treat elderly intractable epistaxis.
