“八·一五”光复后,有一位从延安来的干部担任本溪市外事科长,负责处理日侨工作。他的一口流利日语,给他开展工作带来了不少的方便。这位干部就是后来的清原县委副书记、代理书记关其昌同志。 关其昌,原名宫平洋,字亦民,代名关健夫,1904年生于广西贺县沙田乡扳田村(今狮中村)。幼年丧母,家境贫寒。10岁随父迁往贺县街,靠父亲经营小中草药店维持生活。
