分析和计算了DTM350/700型球磨机的钢球对衬板的冲击频率和“衬板-弹性垫层-筒体”系统的固有频率,确定了磨机筒体振动响应的最大频率范围.分析表明,弹性垫层对钢球冲击力波形的平滑和隔振功能对抑制筒体的辐射噪声水平有重要作用,可获得A计权声级10dB左右的降噪效果.
The impact frequency of the steel ball on the lining and the natural frequency of the liner-elastic cushion-tube system of the DTM350 / 700 ball mill were analyzed and calculated. The maximum frequency range of the vibration response of the grinding machine was determined. The analysis shows that the effect of elastic cushion on the smoothing and vibration isolation of ball impact wave plays an important role in suppressing the radiated noise level of the cylinder, and the noise reduction effect of A weighted sound level about 10dB can be obtained.
