运动训练与营养都是促进身体健康的重要因素。体育运动可以改善、发展与提高人体各组织器官的功能,而人们从食物中摄取的营养素,是构成和修补组织器官的原料,调节器官功能的主要物质。营养不仅与发病率及身体发育有关,而且影响运动能力,所以体育运动与营养两者不可偏废。探讨如何通过合理的运动膳食营养使机体的各种代谢得以顺利进行,促进机体的体力恢复,提高运动成绩,有利于运动员身体健康。新疆师范大学体育专业学生对营养知识了解较少,为了广泛普及运动营养知识,提高运动营养素质,从思想上改变每一个体育专业学生的营养价值观,从而使新师大体育专业学生运动成绩有更大的飞跃。
