本文基于内生生育选择和教育投入决策模型,引入国有资本收入划拨养老保险的机制,分析了国有资本收入划拨养老保险的比率对人力资本积累和经济增长的影响。结果表明,加大国有资本收入对养老保险的划拨力度能够提高个人福利,降低个人对子女陪伴的依赖,从而会使家庭减少生育数量,转而增加对子女的教育投入。当子女享有的总教育投入对划拨率的弹性大于生育成本对划拨率的弹性时,划拨率的增加能够促进人力资本积累与经济增长。
Based on endogenous selection and education investment decision-making model, this paper introduces the mechanism of allocating endowment insurance by the state-owned capital income and analyzes the impact of the ratio of state-owned capital allocation on endowment insurance on human capital accumulation and economic growth. The results show that increasing the allocation of state-owned capital to old-age insurance can increase individual welfare and reduce individual dependence on children. As a result, families can reduce the number of children and increase their education investment in children. When the total education investment enjoyed by the children is more flexible than the birth rate to the transfer rate, the increase in the transfer rate can promote the accumulation of human capital and economic growth.
