目前,在柴油机台架试验中都是采用称重装置来测量由电平衡机或液力制动机吸收的扭矩。这种方法有严重的缺点:在加载装置发出的反作用力和称重装置刻度盘指针移动之间没有线性关系,不可能考虑加载装置相对于机座移动时轴承中的摩擦力矩等。为了克服这些缺点,提出了一种扭矩测量系统,它不需要对液力制动器作什么改装,只要装上测量扭矩用的应变传感器即可。使用结果表明,该系统工作
At present, in the diesel engine bench test, weighing devices are used to measure the torque absorbed by the balance machine or the hydraulic brake. This method has serious drawbacks: there is no linear relationship between the reaction force of the loading device and the movement of the dial of the weighing device, and it is impossible to consider the friction moment in the bearing when the loading device moves relative to the base. To overcome these drawbacks, a torque measuring system has been proposed that does not require any modification to the hydraulic brake, provided that a strain sensor for torque measurement is installed. The results show that the system is working
