一、纤维粘连蛋白的化学与功能纤维粘连蛋白(Fibronectin,Fn)是一种非胶原性精蛋白,约含糖5%,pI为5.5~6.3,广泛存在于血浆(300μg/ml)、组织间液、细胞外基质及基底膜。它的存在形式有两种,一种是血浆Fn,生理状态呈可溶性,在低温时则为不溶性,故又称为冷凝蛋白(cool insoluble protein);另一种为细胞Fn,呈不溶性,除巨噬细胞、软骨细胞、羊膜细胞、肠上皮细胞及乳腺上皮细胞能少量合成外,主要由纤维母细胞及内皮细胞生成。二类Fn在pI及可溶性上有些不同,其它的化学性质基本相似。
