肌红蛋白仅存在于横纹肌,被认为是一种胚胎性抗原。从人胸肌提取肌红蛋白,免疫家兔获得抗人肌红蛋白抗血清,对多种正常组织和肿瘤的常规福马林液固定、石蜡包埋材料,进行间接免疫过氧化物酶染色。染色结果仅骨骼肌、心肌和横纹肌肉瘤呈阳性反应。研究6例横纹肌肉瘤,5例阳性、1例可疑阳性。因此可认为肌红蛋白为横纹肌及其肿瘤的一个特殊标记,应用免疫过氧化物酶方法发现瘤细胞胞浆内的肌红蛋白,对于横纹肌肉瘤及有横纹肌分化肿瘤的诊断具有特异性和实用价值。
Myoglobin exists only in striated muscle and is considered an embryogenic antigen. Myoglobin was extracted from human breast muscles and anti-myoglobin antiserum was obtained in rabbits. Indirect immunoperoxidase staining was performed on conventional formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded materials of various normal tissues and tumors. The staining results were positive for only skeletal muscle, myocardium, and rhabdomyosarcoma. Six cases of rhabdomyosarcoma were studied, 5 cases were positive and 1 case was suspicious. Therefore, myoglobin can be considered as a special marker of striated muscle and its tumors. The application of immunoperoxidase method to detect myoglobin in the cytoplasm of tumor cells is specific and practical for the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma differentiation tumors. .
