随着2011年《全国血站绩效工资改革方案》的出台,全国血站改革的步伐在逐步加快。血站绩效工资改革首先要与血站绩效管理联系在一起。在血站,随着不断推进的绩效工资改革和血站改革,日常工作中体现的绩效管理水平已显得尤为重要。本文主要对绩效管理的概念进行分析整合,并结合本站的实际工作,总结适合本站的绩效管理方案和具体实施办法。使得绩效管理在本站的各项工作中发挥作用,进一步提高血站工作人员的工作效率,从而提升血站整体的运行能力。
With the promulgation of the National Blood Bank Performance Wage Reform Plan in 2011, the pace of blood bank reform across the country is gradually accelerating. Blood Bank Performance Wage reform must first be linked with blood bank performance management. At the blood bank, with the continually promoting performance pay reform and blood bank reform, the performance management level embodied in daily work has become particularly important. This paper mainly analyzes and integrates the concept of performance management. Based on the actual work of this site, this paper summarizes the performance management plan and specific implementation measures suitable for this site. The performance management plays a role in various tasks of this site to further enhance the working efficiency of staff in blood stations so as to enhance the overall operation capability of blood stations.
