灵活性雇佣是新形势下商场管理中提出的创新举措,所谓的灵活性雇佣就是针对不同情况采取多种形式的雇佣模式,这样可以为商场管理招贤纳士,降低商场运作成本,同时还能够充分发挥商场服务优势,为商场管理提供便利。由此可见灵活性雇佣在商场管理中的重要性,但这多重作用都是在良好运用灵活雇佣形式的基础上实现的。目前我国商场管理中灵活性雇佣实施中还存在一定问题需要采取切实可行的应对策略。
