随着我国改革开放三十年来经济的高速发展,我国劳动统计制度也取得了长远的进步。事业单位作为国有经济的重要组成部分,在社会主义现代化建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。针对事业单位劳动统计的研究也受到越来越多的关注与重视。随着经济改革的不断深入与发展,事业单位由于其自身的滞后性在劳动统计制度方面出现了许多不可忽视的弊病与问题。比如在劳动统计技术上,方法形式过于简单,不能适应日益复杂的市场化经济需要,劳动统计数据准确度不高等。本文先简要介绍事业单位劳动统计制度现状以及存在问题,并且提出相应的改革措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the labor statistics system in our country has also made long-term progress. As an important part of state-owned economy, public institutions play an irreplaceable role in the socialist modernization drive. Research on labor statistics for public institutions has also received more and more attention and attention. With the continuous deepening and development of economic reform, public institutions have many shortcomings and problems that can not be ignored in the labor statistics system due to their own lag. For example, labor statistics technology, the method is too simple, can not adapt to the increasingly complex market-oriented economic needs, labor statistics accuracy is not high. This article first briefly introduces the status quo and existing problems of labor statistics system in public institutions, and puts forward corresponding reform measures.
