目的观察重组人红细胞生成素(rh EPO)对脑出血(ICH)大鼠血肿周围白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响,探讨rh EPO对大鼠脑出血后血肿周围脑组织的保护作用。方法将90只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、ICH对照组及rh EPO治疗组各30只。评估3组术后各时点血肿周围脑组织IL-1β含量。结果 ICH对照组与rh EPO治疗组在12h、1d、2d、3d的IL-1β含量均显著高于假手术组相应时点的IL-1β含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICH对照组和rh EPO治疗组在12h、1d、2d、3d时的IL-1β含量高于其他时点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以2d时最高,但其与12h、1d、3d的水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);rh EPO治疗组在1d、2d、3d的IL-1β含量显著低于ICH对照组相应时点的水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rh EPO可减少ICH大鼠血肿周围IL-1β含量,减轻血肿周围脑水肿,对ICH后脑损害具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of rh EPO on the expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the perihematomal brain after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats and the protective effect of rh EPO on the perihematomal brain tissue after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats . Methods 90 SD male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, ICH control group and rh EPO treatment group. The levels of IL-1β in the brain tissue around the hematoma in 3 groups were evaluated. Results The levels of IL-1β in ICH control group and rhEPO-treated group at 12h, 1d, 2d and 3d were significantly higher than those in sham operation group (P <0.05). ICH The levels of IL-1β in the control group and the rh EPO group at 12h, 1d, 2d and 3d were significantly higher than those at other time points (P <0.05), and were highest at 2d (P> 0.05). The levels of IL-1β in rh EPO treatment group at 1d, 2d and 3d were significantly lower than those in ICH control group (P> 0.05), the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusions rh EPO can reduce the content of IL-1β around the hematoma of ICH rats, reduce the cerebral edema around the hematoma, and have a protective effect on the brain damage after ICH.
