Studies have shown that the occurrence and development of tumors and tumor microenvironment has a close relationship between adipose tissue. Tumor-associated adipocytes and their secretion of lipids, adipokines, inflammatory factors, hormones, etc., are the main components of the adipose tissue in the tumor microenvironment. By affecting the energy metabolism of tumor cells or directly interfering with tumor cell signaling pathways, Occurrence, proliferation, invasion, transfer and other aspects play an important role. The effects of tumor-associated adipocytes and their secreted lipids, adipokines and inflammatory cytokines on the tumor cells and tumor therapy strategies targeting tumor-associated adipocyte-derived factors were reviewed to provide references for clinical oncology-targeted drug development.
