棉花六个代换系的评价

以海岛棉(Gossypium barbadense L.)遗传标准系3-79作为供体亲本,将它的第1、2、4、6、17和18对染色体分别代换到受体亲本陆地棉(G.hirsutum L.)遗传标准系 TM-1的遗传背景上去,育成6个代换系。对它们进行了10个植物形态学特征、9个个体发育性状、4个产量及其组成成分、3个棉子品质和6个纤维品质的评价。较高的株高与代换系18有关联。较大的叶面积与代换系1有关联,较小的叶面积与代换系6、17有关联。代换系6出现双亲所没有的光叶、波形叶边和高含花青素性状。此外,代换系6还与淡棕色纤维和黄花粉有关联。代换系1、2、4、6、17和18都与从播种到吐絮的天数较多有关联。代换系2、6和18都与铃期较长及第一次收花量较少有关联。代换系1、2、4、6和17都与子棉产量较低有关联。代换系1、2和4都与单株铃数较少有关联。代换系6和17都与铃重较轻有关联。代换系2和18都与衣分较低有关联。代换系1、4、6和17都与子指较低有关联。代换系17与铃期较短、衣分较高有关联。代换系1、2、4、6和17都与种子油分指数较低有关联。代换系17与较短的2.5%跨距长度有关联。代换系18与较高的1/8吋隔距强度有关联。代换系6与较细的细度有关联。讨论了某些超亲性状,还有质量性状和数量性状评价的标准。 The Gossypium barbadense L. genetic standard line 3-79 was used as the donor parent and its chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 6, 17 and 18 were respectively substituted for the recipient parent G. hirsutum L.) Ten plant morphological traits, nine individual traits, four yield and its components, three cotton quality and six fiber quality were evaluated. The higher plant height is related to substitution line 18. Larger leaf areas are related to substitution line 1, with smaller leaf areas associated with substitution lines 6 and 17. Substitution line 6 appeared in the light of the leaves of parents, waveform leaf edges and high anthocyanin traits. In addition, substitution lines 6 are also associated with light brown fibers and yellow pollen. Lines 1, 2, 4, 6, 17, and 18 are all related to a greater number of days from sowing to bolting. Substitute lines 2, 6, and 18 were all associated with longer bolls and fewer first-time spikes. Lines 1, 2, 4, 6, and 17 were all associated with lower cotton yield. Lines 1, 2, and 4 were all associated with fewer bolls per plant. Substitution lines 6 and 17 are all associated with lighter boll weight. Substitution lines 2 and 18 are all associated with lower appliqués. Substitution lines 1, 4, 6, and 17 are all associated with lower sub-means. Substitution line 17 with a shorter bell, higher clothing related. Lines 1, 2, 4, 6, and 17 were all associated with lower seed oil index. Substitution line 17 is associated with a shorter 2.5% span length. Replacement line 18 is associated with a higher 1/8 inch gauge strength. Substitution line 6 is associated with finer fineness. Some super-trait traits are discussed, as well as the criteria for quality traits and quantitative trait evaluation.
