目的 了解植物血凝素 (PHA)、脂多糖 (LPS)对人肾小球系膜细胞分泌IL -18的影响。方法 体外培养的人系膜细胞经不同浓度的PHA ,LPS诱导 ,ELISA测定培养上清。结果 LPS和PHA均可诱导人肾小球MC释放IL -18,LPS和PHA呈浓度促进MC释放IL -18,LPS诱导作用较PHA强 ,均显著高于对照组水平 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 肾小球系膜细胞在LPS和PHA诱导下可增加IL -18分泌。
Objective To investigate the effects of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the secretion of IL-18 by human glomerular mesangial cells. Methods Human mesangial cells cultured in vitro were induced by different concentrations of PHA and LPS, and the culture supernatants were determined by ELISA. Results Both LPS and PHA induced the release of IL-18 from human glomerular mesangial cells, the concentration of LPS and PHA promoted the release of IL-18 by MC, and the induction of LPS was stronger than that of PHA (all P <0.05) . Conclusion Glomerular mesangial cells can increase IL-18 secretion induced by LPS and PHA.
