档案是人类文化的记录者和承载者,又是人类文明进步的阶梯,它以内容浩瀚、博大精深,延续了人类的记忆,承担起了“记忆社会”的重任。联合国教科文组织将档案视为人类社会的“记忆”工具,将档案管理工作视为人类的“记忆工程”。为此,联系多年来的工作实际,就如何开展社会记忆工程谈几点粗浅看法: Archives is the record and carrier of human culture. It is also the ladder of progress in human civilization. With its vast content and extensive depth, the archival records continue human memory and assume the important task of “memory society.” UNESCO regards archives as a “memory” tool for human society and regards file management as the “memory project” of mankind. To this end, with many years of practical work on how to carry out social memory project on a few crude ideas:
