采用“二电极”电化学方法,定期测定三种质量喷锌层的球墨铸铁管样品在5g/L NaCl溶液中电位的变化规律,并观察样品首次出现红锈的时间。试验发现,随喷锌层单位面积质量增加,其对球墨铸铁管基体的防腐蚀效果呈非线性改善。比较三种锌重的相对保护周期,并考虑喷锌成本,建议球墨铸铁管采用200g/m2的喷锌工艺。
The electrochemical method of “two-electrode” was used to periodically measure the potential of three kinds of ductile iron pipes with zinc coating in 5g / L NaCl solution. The time of first rust appeared in the sample was observed. It was found that with the increase of the mass per unit area of zinc sprayed layer, the anti-corrosion effect on the ductile iron pipe substrate showed a non-linear improvement. Compare the relative protection cycle of three kinds of zinc weight, and consider the cost of zinc spraying, it is recommended to use nodular cast iron pipe 200g / m2 zinc spraying process.
