艺术类学生在大学英语学习中是个特殊的群体,他们有着自己的特点。与其他专业的学生相比,艺术类专业学生的思维方式和心理态势有其特殊性,他们思维活跃,情感丰富。但英语语言能力教差。他们的特殊性也使得艺术类大学英语教学中存在的一些问题也突显出来。比如说在全国大学生英语竞赛中,有些学生初赛过关了,但在复赛中却听不懂英语,或语音很不规范,不能用英语进行交流。这就说明他们的听说读写出现了脱节。如何提高艺术类学生的英语听说能力,对提高艺术类大学英语的教学水平起着重要的作用。
Art students in college English learning is a special group, they have their own characteristics. Compared with other majors, art majors have their own way of thinking and psychology. They are active in thinking and rich in emotion. But poor English language ability. Their particularity also highlights some of the problems in the art college English teaching. For example, in the National Undergraduate English Contest, some students pass the preliminary rounds, but in the semi-finals they do not understand English or the pronunciation is not standardized and can not be communicated in English. This shows that there is a disconnect between their listening, speaking, reading and writing. How to improve the listening and speaking ability of art students plays an important role in improving the teaching level of art college English.
